Can I use ShopSmarter to save on business purchases?

ShopSmarter is only available to individual consumers for personal use.

Using ShopSmarter for business or commercial purposes is in violation of our program terms. This includes purchases intended for commercial resale and purchases in connection with a business, whether publicly or privately owned.

We reserve the right to terminate any ShopSmarter membership used for business or commercial purchases and also withhold any Cash Back acquired through such purchases.
