Primary two stainless steel grill grates offer up to 493-sq.-in. of cook surface, perfect for meat on the bottom and a couple of sides on the second rack. Bonus 3rd tier grate provides additional grill space for meat or sides and swings out so you can easily get to the other grates in the grill. An added bonus is a half-moon reversible cast iron grate, giving the flexibility to use half of the grill grate surface as a flat top griddle to saute onions, fries, or vegetables.
