Why don’t I see Local Cash Back in my Savings?
It can take for Local Cash Back to show up in your Savings. If you don’t see your Local Cash Back in your Savings after 7 days, a few things could have caused this:
Your eligible card must be linked before you make your qualifying purchase. Your eligible card must be linked to Local Cash Back before you make a qualifying purchase. Check to make sure your card is linked before paying with your card at participating local places.
Some places don’t accept all card types. It’s possible your linked card was not accepted by the local place you purchased from. Please review the place’s listing on your Local Cash Back page to ensure your linked card is accepted.
You must purchase directly from a participating place. Purchases made through third party ordering services such as GrubHub, DoorDash, UberEats, Seamless, Groupon, etc. are not eligible for Local Cash Back.
Participating local places may change at any time. Before you make a qualifying purchase from a local place, check your Local Cash Back page to confirm it’s still active in our program.
All Local Cash Back transactions must be processed as credit. Even if you pay with an eligible debit card, your transaction must be processed as credit. If you enter your debit pin, your purchase will not qualify for Local Cash Back.
It can take 2-7 days for your Local Cash Back to show up in your Savings. If you don’t see your Local Cash Back earnings after 7 days, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
