Why can’t I link my card to Local Cash Back?

If you’re unable to link your card to Local Cash Back, check to confirm the following:

Confirm the card you’re linking is an eligible Visa, American Express, or Mastercard.

Local Cash Back only supports eligible Visa, Mastercard, or American Express cards. Other types of credit or debit cards won’t work with the Local Cash Back benefit.

Confirm your card information was entered correctly.

Double check that the credit or debit card information you entered is accurate and free of typos.
