When will I receive my Local Cash Back?

Any Local Cash Back you earn is included in your monthly payout, along with the rest of your Savings from ShopSmarter. All your Local Cash Back is added to your Savings until your payout is processed and mailed to you each month.

It can take 2-7 days for your Local Cash Back to show up in your Savings. If you don’t see your Local Cash Back in your Savings after 7 days, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
