How to Cancel Your ShopSmarter Membership

Sign in to complete a self-cancellation:
  1. Sign in to your ShopSmarter member account with your email address and password at shopsmarter.com/sign-in.
  2. Click the 'My Account' tab on your member homepage and select 'Account Settings' from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select 'Cancel Membership' from your Account Settings.
  4. Finalize your cancellation request by clicking the button provided.

Email Customer Service: You can cancel your membership by emailing your request to customerservice@shopsmarter.com. Someone from our team will initiate your cancel and you'll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete.
